Why my City app for iPhone and iPad

WHY or ‘What Have You’ is a UK city centric app containing information on food, drink, events, sports and offers from local businesses. WHY is looking to help these local businesses in those cities find ways of increasing their turnover by gaining new customers and incentivizing them to return.

Each major city in the UK will be able to be accessed using the WHY app, with relevant content for that city community and the businesses based there, there will be bespoke, relevant editorial for each place.

The app is designed in such a way whereby the community can contribute to the editorial content with members receiving accreditation for their efforts. Community users will also be able to comment on articles, pictures and videos, our aim is to empower our users to help us generate a buzz around their city.
